This is a charity album. All profits go towards mental health charities. You are welcome to download this album for any price you wish, but please leave a donation for the charities.

Mental Health is something that affects so many people, and it just doesn't make sense to me that it isn't spoken about more. We need to speak up and create a dialogue to help save lives. With the help of producer Joe Reid, I have recorded 11 brand new songs, that speak about mental health, how it can affect daily life, and the struggles we all share.

This album is going to be DONATION ONLY with proceeds going towards mental health charities such as CALM. This is so that we can work together, not only to talk about mental health, but to raise money to help others. Let's do our bit together.
